NOTES
• I work slowly due to college but always put care and love on my artworks so please only commission if you're patient and willing to wait <3PAYMENTS
• I accept Paypal, Gcash, Bank transfers
• For Regular Illustrations/ non Live2D I take payments full upfront
• For Live2D, I can take half or full payment before I start and the other half after the Sketch. ( please note that Half payment must be ready anytime for when the sketch is done)
• For L2D Installments, Installments are accepted up to 4 when the total cost is 1500USD+ ( downpayment must be atleast 25%)
• Payments will be sent via invoice.
• A 4.7% fee will be added on invoices/ PayPal Fees are shouldered by the buyer.- PROCESS
• For Live2D, Please fill out a commission form with detailed instructions about your model/character such as, Colors, details, sizes etc...
• The commissioner will be updated during the sketch, lineart, color phase
• You're allowed to ask for changes during the sketch phase and up to 2 minor revisions during the coloring phase, Any other revisions afterwards will require an additional payment of 5-20USD depending on the revisions asked- COMMUNICATION

• If there's any question / inquiries that isn't listed, you can DM me via Twitter.
• Due to timezone differences if your messages go unresponded for 24hrs+ please feel free to bump them
• If the commissioner chooses a rigger I am not partnered with I will adjust the layers to any preferences and ajustments asked by their chosen rigger.
• If the clients chooses a partnered rigger any communications and adjustments can be discussed through me

WAITING TIME
• Regular Illustration will take roughly around 1-4 months
• Live2D will take around 2-7 months depends on the queue and which slot you're in.
• Consider that delays might happen and I might not be able to deliver at the said deadline. I will do my best to deliver as early as I can.
• Please allow extra time for added assets throughout the process and for revisions.
• I am a slow artist and I want to make sure the work I deliver is at the best possible quality.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
• Chargerbacks are not allowed
• Strictly, no refunds under any circumstances, unless I am unable to complete the project ( I shall inform you personally), Change of mind is not a valid reason.
• Cancellation of commissions are allowed before sketch or if the payment hasn't been settled yet.
• If the commissioner changed their mind or does not want to pay for the rest of the model I will only send what progress has been made and no refunds shall be issued, please be sure when commissioning.CONDITIONS
• VTuber models already have commercial use included, they can be used for streaming, merchandise etc...
• Please no tampering of my art without asking for my permission.
• Do not publicly share the PSD file of your model, you may only give them to your rigger and people you trust.
• Please don't use my art for any AI Generators.
• I have the right to post WIPs and stream the art unless stated by the client to keep it hidden until they reveal it themselves.
• PSD files will only be given to the commissioner once it is fully paid for.PAYMENT PLANS
• Payment plans are for Vtuber models and rig only
• Payments plans consists of 4 or more split payments
• Payment plan models will take longer to complete
• Sketch will start when atleast 25% of the total cost is paid for
• Refunds will not be given if ever the model can't be paid for, only the existing WIP will be given if the client decides to cancel mid progress
• The model files will only be given once the model is fully paid
